Job summary

Moss is seeking a Regional Safety Manager - Solar to lead and develop the site EHS teams across Georgia and North Carolina. This role centers on shaping safety culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering effective hazard mitigation on varied solar and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong EHS leadership background, relevant certifications, and the ability to travel frequently to support Moss sites while partnering with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Significant experience leading safety programs on large construction sites.
• Certifications in safety (CHST/OHST, ASP, CSP, CUSP, CSHO) welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support multiple site EHS teams.
• Lead Moss safety culture with clear vision and processes.
• Conduct site EHS audits monthly and drive corrective actions.
• Guide regulatory matters (OSHA, FMCSA, DOT, EPA, ANSI).
• Travel up to 90% to support assigned sites.
