Job summary

Trees, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to elevate workplace health and safety programs across multiple sites in the region. You will analyze safety management systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic hazard abatement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading investigations, coordinating training programs, and maintaining documentation to support continuous safety improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent.
• Experience in safety management within construction or utility industry.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop safety initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and teleconferences to share insights and address concerns.
