You will oversee training, audits, and policy implementation across multiple sites, collaborating with regional teams.

Requirements include a BS in safety-related field, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel regionally and support safety initiatives is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in safety management within construction or utility industry.
• Bachelor's degree in safety engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or other related field.
• Pre-screen includes background and drug screening requirements.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Regional travel and overnight stays are necessary.
• Physical requirements include various movements and endurance for field work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and teleconferences to share insights.
