Job summary

SRS Heritage Group is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to advance safety and compliance across Heritage Pool. You will develop policies aligned with OSHA/DOT and regulations, partner with district managers, and lead investigations and training to elevate safety excellence.

The role emphasizes incident analysis, training delivery, and program oversight to safeguard employees and improve safety program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of State, Local, Federal, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Experience managing OSHA logs and incident reports (Origami).
• Proven incident investigations and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to conduct operator safety training and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety policy execution and continuous improvement across region.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and other regs across branches.
• Maintain OSHA logs and incident reports using Origami.
• Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Design and sustain safe working environments with branch management.
• Coordinate hazardous materials transport safety training and compliance.
