Job summary

Stalmic Distributors is seeking a Regional Route Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers across our service area. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities into roles such as Service Technician or Route Sales.

You will travel weekly, follow established routes, and return home on weekends with company-paid travel expenses including hotels, meals and fuel. A CDL is not required; experience with larger trailers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and willing to work hard.

• Physical work including loading/unloading and lifting 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers along established routes.
• Unload products and handle basic loading duties.
• Follow travel schedules and manage travel expenses where applicable.
• Provide professional, accurate and safe customer service.

Stalmic Distributors is looking for a Regional Route Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers throughout our service area. This is an important entry-level position within our company and is often used as a stepping stone into other roles. People who perform well, demonstrate reliability, take ownership of their work, and provide excellent service may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Service Technician or Route Sales.

This is not a typical local delivery position. You will travel during the week, follow established routes, deliver and unload products, and return home on weekends. While you are traveling for Stalmic, the company pays approved business travel expenses, including hotels, meals, and fuel, so you are not expected to absorb those costs personally.

You will drive a Dodge Ram 3500 and pull a 20-to-25-foot enclosed tandem-axle trailer. A CDL is not required. Experience pulling larger trailers or working in delivery is preferred, but we are also interested in dependable people who are willing and able to learn.

Our drivers are an important part of the customer experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being professional, accurate, helpful, safe, and respectful. This position also requires physical work, including loading and unloading products and repeatedly lifting and moving 25 pounds or more.
