Job summary

Stalmic Distributors is seeking a versatile field technician and route sales professional to build strong customer relationships, keep equipment running, and identify opportunities to grow sales.

You will operate a weekly route, perform maintenance on meat-room and food-processing equipment, and pursue additional products that help customers operate more efficiently. Training provided, company vehicle, and travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass drug screen, background check and MVR.
• Self-directed with travel willingness.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.

Stalmic Distributors is looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, keep equipment running, and recognize opportunities to help customers with additional products and equipment.

This role combines route sales with hands-on service. You will run an assigned route during the week, perform maintenance on meat-room and food-processing equipment, and look for opportunities to sell products or equipment that can help customers operate more effectively.

You do not have to choose between being a salesperson and being a technician in this role. We are looking for someone who can do both: earn trust by solving problems and then use that trust to identify legitimate customer needs.

Stalmic provides on-the-job training, a company vehicle, and a company card for approved on-the-road expenses such as fuel, meals, and lodging. The right person will be self-directed, comfortable traveling, confident talking with customers, and motivated by both service and sales results.

Applicants must be able to pass and maintain the ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
