Job summary

Stalmic Distributors Inc. is seeking a dependable Regional Route Delivery Driver to serve customers across our Lakeland service area. You will travel during the week, deliver and unload products, and return home on weekends, with approved travel expenses covered by the company.

CDL not required; prior delivery experience and ability to lift 25+ pounds are preferred. You’ll drive a Dodge Ram 3500, operate a 20–25 ft trailer, and represent the company with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling a tandem-axle trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and accurately to customers on established routes and schedules.
• Drive a Dodge Ram 3500 while pulling a 20–25-foot enclosed tandem-axle trailer.
• Load and self-unload customer deliveries.
• Review orders before and after delivery for accuracy.
• Track inventory remaining on the trailer and inventory left at customer locations.
• Complete invoices and delivery paperwork accurately.
• Operate a forklift when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a strong customer experience.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safe-driving expectations.
• Travel during the week and return home on weekends.

Stalmic Distributors is looking for a Regional Route Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers throughout our service area. This is an important entry-level position within our company and is often used as a stepping stone into other roles. People who perform well, demonstrate reliability, take ownership of their work, and provide excellent service may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Service Technician or Route Sales.

This is not a typical local delivery position. You will travel during the week, follow established routes, deliver and unload products, and return home on weekends. While you are traveling for Stalmic, the company pays approved business travel expenses, including hotels, meals, and fuel, so you are not expected to absorb those costs personally.

You will drive a Dodge Ram 3500 and pull a 20-to-25-foot enclosed tandem-axle trailer. A CDL is not required. Experience pulling larger trailers or working in delivery is preferred, but we are also interested in dependable people who are willing and able to learn.

Our drivers are an important part of the customer experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being professional, accurate, helpful, safe, and respectful. This position also requires physical work, including loading and unloading products and repeatedly lifting and moving 25 pounds or more.

Compensation

$35,000 - $45,000 per year
