Job summary

Diversicare is hiring a Regional RN to provide workforce support across assigned centers and deliver skilled nursing care. The role includes supervising CNAs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
• Flexible schedule with daily changes.
• Able to work closely with residents, physicians and staff.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Capable of upholding prescribed nursing standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive report on patient status and relay to oncoming shift.
• Conduct rounds to assess care quality and coordinate with care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in line with physician orders.
• Assist in planning patient care tailored to needs.
• Document patient condition and care provided accurately.
• May supervise other care providers and coordinate actions in emergencies.
