Job summary
Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Regional RN to support our centers across the region. You will supervise CNAs and provide skilled nursing services to residents within assigned units and collaborate with the medical care staff to ensure high-quality care.
You must be able to travel to any center within the region, work with the interdisciplinary team, and adjust to shift changes. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Has a current license by the State Board of Nursing as an RN.
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Flexible to changing daily work schedules.
Responsibilities
- Receives report on patient status and communicates to oncoming shifts.
- Makes rounds to assess care quality and supervise care givers and residents.
- Provides direct nursing care in line with physician orders.
- Establishes plans of care for patients based on needs.
- Member of Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Documents patient condition and care provided accurately.
- May supervise other care providers and ensure policies are followed.
- Evaluates staff performance and coaches as needed.
- Travels to centers within the region/company.
