Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) to support an emergency department across Coastal Market facilities. The PNRT RN provides safe, continuous, quality patient care and is deployed to multiple units within a region during night shifts.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing license in good standing, an associate degree (ADN) with BSN preferred, and experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, critical care, ED, or women's services.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Evidence of ongoing professional development when required
• Willingness to work across multiple facilities within a defined region

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care in diverse settings.
• Be deployed to 5–6 locations within a defined region (Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal).
• Support inter-professional collaboration and mentoring among nursing staff.
