Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement (RN) in Indiana. This high-visibility leadership role focuses on reimbursement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and regional operational excellence across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

You will partner with facility and regional leaders, guiding MDS strategy, audit readiness, and team education to drive measurable financial and care quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana (IN).
• Minimum 3 years MDS or reimbursement experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC.
• Regional leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Indiana area if needed.
• Strong knowledge of MDS, PDPM, Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical reimbursement strategy to optimize revenue and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to MDS, Medicare, and billing.
• Oversee ARD scheduling, MDS timelines and documentation integrity.
• Chair regional reimbursement and revenue-focused meetings.
• Educate, mentor, and guide MDS Coordinators and IDT members.
• Support interviews, onboarding and ongoing education for MDS leadership.
• Serve as SME during audits, denials, and operational transitions.
