Job summary

One Twenty One RCM seeks an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to lead and mentor Business Office teams across a defined region. You will drive regional cash collections, monitor AR performance, and ensure compliant, streamlined revenue cycle processes.

Travel across facilities will be required to coach staff and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate brings healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience, strong knowledge of AR practices, and ability to develop teams to protect

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Indiana Medicaid experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to regional Business Office Managers.
• Drive regional cash collections and AR performance focusing on Medicaid Pending, Private Pay and Medicare.
• Review AR aging and identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee facility pre-billing and ensure accurate, timely claim submission.
• Train, mentor, and develop Business Office Managers across facilities.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new managers and support site visits.
