Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Cycle to provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle across two Penn Highlands hospitals in the greater Pittsburgh region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience, a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, and a track record of building teams, driving accountability, and guiding the organization through a future Oracle transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least eight years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including leadership in process improvement and revenue integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across two Penn Highlands Healthcare hospitals.
• Lead and develop the revenue cycle team to improve stability, accountability, and engagement.
• Support organizational transformation, including Oracle implementation.
• Communicate effectively to establish trust and drive staff engagement.
