Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Tiverton, RI, seeks an experienced Revenue Auditor to lead and grow a team responsible for auditing gaming and related revenues. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and adherence to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and/or extensive experience in gaming and non-gaming revenues, with strong internal controls.
Three years of audit experience required.
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
Experience with regulated gaming compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Document policies and procedures and prepare checklists for all audits.
Monitor discrepancy flags in Casino Insight software for validity and resolution.
Responsible for variance analysis.
Manage team of revenue auditors.
Implement auditing techniques to improve efficiencies and timeliness.
Monitor financial activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Serve as liaison to the Rhode Island Lottery for revenue audit information.
Manage on-site storage for accounting records.
Ensure maximum service in revenue accounting.
Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
