Job summary

PrincetonOne is seeking a Region Business Director to recruit and lead a high-performing TBM team, drive regional strategy for a first-in-class ophthalmology therapy, and build out pre-launch to launch commercial activity. The role requires field leadership in a small-company setting with strict compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 5+ years in frontline leadership, and ophthalmology familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharma/biotech/medical device sales experience.
• 5+ years of direct sales management/first-line leadership.
• Ophthalmology/retina/rare disease experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Territory Business Managers across a region.
• Lead pre-launch training, planning, and market development.
• Translate national brand strategy into regional plan and objectives.
• Spend 50-60% of field time coaching TBMs on pre-call planning and clinical impact.
• Ensure compliant execution with FDA rules, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
