Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS (e.g., iCims, Workday, Paradox).
• Experience recruiting at Senior Manager/Director/Executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement search strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and market salary data.
• Source candidates via databases, advertising, networking.
• Screen and interview candidates for core competencies and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage expectations.
