Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with ATS tools is desirable (iCims/Workday/Paradox).
• Experience recruiting at Senior Manager/Director/Executive levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide hiring managers on full lifecycle recruitment, job specs, sourcing strategy, and offers.
• Develop search strategies and source candidates through various channels and databases.
• Provide market salary guidance and identify target candidate pools.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements and stakeholder criteria.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations regarding pay, culture, and career path.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience through professionalism and integrity.
