Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment or related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet sourcing tools.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders to forecast talent needs and build talent pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide hiring managers on full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and closing.
• Identify target candidate pools using various sourcing methods and assess fit based on job specs.
• Provide market salary data and guidance to hiring managers.
• Recommend candidates and negotiate offers in light of market conditions.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize recruiting activities for current and future needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience with professionalism and integrity.
