As part of Wingstop, you will oversee restaurant operations, develop business plans for profitability, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Partner with General Managers to run an excellent operation and ensure quality customer service.
• Provide counsel to ensure profitable restaurant plans and growth.
• Help maintain profitability through sales, pricing, and staffing guidance.
• Train staff and oversee development and discipline as needed.
• Coach store managers in performance management and training sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
