Job summary

Enviva is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer to lead regional CBM programs and advance reliability across sites. You will analyze predictive data, coach maintenance teams, and ensure adherence to corporate reliability standards to drive a lower‑risk, higher‑reliability operation.

The role requires travel to sites monthly, strong collaboration across a matrixed organization, and hands‑on support for operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Experience in maintenance and reliability within asset-intensive, heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration analysis and oil analysis.
• Experience with RCA and FMEA.
• ISO‑certified Vibration Analyst Category II.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sites with CBM program improvements including vibration analysis, oil analysis, ultrasound, thermography, UT, and wireless monitoring.
• Analyze predictive data, identify trends, and provide data-driven repair and risk-based maintenance recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and validate repairs through follow-up data collection and analysis.
• Track work requests in CMMS/EAM systems based on asset criticality and condition findings.
• Audit CBM routes, procedures, PMs, lubrication programs, spare parts/BOMs, and documentation accuracy.
• Provide feedback and corrective actions to ensure consistent execution across sites.
• Support MOC processes related to reliability strategies and asset modifications.
• Train and mentor site CBM Technicians and Maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with regional engineers and site teams to share best practices.
• Coordinate contractor activities related to predictive technologies and data collection.
