Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support restaurant leadership and lead Manager searches across the region.

You’ll guide internal interviews, identify hiring trends, and implement recruiting solutions aligned with Chipotle policies and employment law. You will coach leaders on staffing, candidate experience, and best practices while partnering with HRBP and COEs to drive regional priorities and execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting or related field experience, multi-unit environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to build relationships and influence leaders.
• Strong communication, project management and autonomous problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and guide selection for Restaurant Manager and regional leadership roles.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership positions.
• Develop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership.
• Lead hourly recruiting efforts across the region; address staffing gaps.
• Coach leaders on staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Be a brand advocate and drive recruiting initiatives in the region.
• Collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and other teams on market-specific strategies.
• Roll out and execute recruiting processes regionally.
