Job summary

Master Center for Addiction Medicine is seeking a Recovery Outreach Coordinator to cover the Hampton Roads market. You will build two‑way referral relationships with therapists, hospitals, and providers, coordinating with departments to refer clients to our outpatient addiction medicine treatment services.

This role requires strong communication, presentation, and outreach skills, and includes Salesforce documentation and marketing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience building referral pipelines and partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for external partners.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain referral relationships with therapists, hospitals, and providers.
• Schedule and conduct presentations for external partners on center model of care.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals in the Hampton Roads area.
• Document outreach activities in Salesforce and coordinate campaigns with Marketing.
• Support marketing events and collaborations with the Director of Client Development.
• Maintain knowledge of Master Center programs to inform partners.
