Hitachi Energy in Mt. Pleasant, PA, is seeking a Quality Manager to elevate our quality culture across Field Services and Operations in the U.S. This onsite role offers a hybrid work option based on business needs and individual circumstances.

You will lead quality initiatives, drive ISO certification, coach teams in problem-solving methods (8D, RCA), and collaborate across units to improve processes, safety, and reliability of high‑voltage infrastructure that powers communities.

• 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.
• 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of customer-reported non-conformances
• Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management
• Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes
• Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness
• Champion customer feedback through non-conformance reporting and customer survey analysis

In this position, you’ll be the driving force behind our quality culture, ensuring that our systems, services, and teams consistently exceed expectations. You’ll lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, coach teams on industry-leading quality tools, and ensure compliance with rigorous standards. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and sustainability of high voltage infrastructure that powers millions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes

• 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors

• Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
