Hitachi Energy seeks a Jr. Quality Engineer to ensure high-performance transformer products meet quality, safety, and reliability standards. Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections
Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
Identify and document non-conformances; escalat when needed
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data
Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments
Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
U.S. citizenship required
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience
3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred
Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
