in Engineering, and manufacturing environment expertise. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with cross‑functional partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to other company sites and client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or equivalent) in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality leadership, quality governance, or enterprise quality systems roles.
• Demonstrated experience defining and leading quality governance, compliance frameworks, or enterprise‑level quality programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, corrective action methodologies, and risk escalation processes across product, operational, and field environments.
• Manufacturing environment experience is required.
• Experience with quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality governance across regions, establishing standards, cadence, escalation, and forums for consistent outcomes.
• Reinforce quality expectations across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, and Customer Service.
• Own and deploy the Quality Culture strategy with early escalation and prevention‑focused decision‑making.
• Oversee governance of quality systems, audits, and APQP; ensure permanent corrective action and sustained improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to enable closed‑loop communication between execution teams and quality governance forums.
