Stylecraft is hiring a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality across multiple communities in Texas, shaping how homes are built and inspected. You will mentor QA Managers, collaborate with Construction and Warranty teams, and drive continuous improvement across the region.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on field leadership, requiring travel and a strong focus on customer outcomes and quality culture.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of management experience in residential construction or quality-related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of water intrusion, construction defects, and remediation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Preferred certifications: TREC, Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, ICC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support QA Managers to ensure consistent inspections and reporting.
• Train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards, processes, and new techniques.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

What Your Day Looks Like

You’re leading quality across an entire region—balancing strategy and team development.

Regional Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and support QA Managers to ensure consistent inspections and reporting
• Train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards, processes, and new techniques
• Promote accountability while fostering collaboration across departments

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor inspections to ensure uniform criteria and expectations across communities
• Analyze QA and warranty data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues
• Review warranty data and recommend operational or construction improvements
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Homeowner Guide across field teams

Collaboration & Influence

• Partner with Construction, Warranty, Sales, and Municipal teams
• Provide feedback to Vice Presidents on specifications, plans, and field performance
• Maintain strong knowledge of building codes and industry best practices

Planning & Accountability

• Develop and manage the QA department’s annual budget
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow‑through meet company standards

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma plus 6–7 years of management experience in residential construction, general repair,or quality-related roles (or equivalent experience)
• Strong working knowledge of water intrusion, construction defects, and remediation
• Preferred certifications:
  • TREC Certified
  • Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector
  • ICC Certification
• Proven experience working with homeowners and delivering strong customer service
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
