Job summary

Stylecraft in Texas is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to grow a career in homebuilding. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on involvement with experienced leaders and the chance to learn the homebuilding process from the ground up.

You will deliver customer experience, follow processes, support Superintendents, keep jobsites clean, and help ensure quality standards. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction) with 6 months–1 year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; travel between communities required.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process.
• Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and gain hands‑on experience supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up.
