Balchem Corporation in Minnesota seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead site QA, CAPA, and regulatory compliance, ensuring safety and conformance with FDA, GFSI, and customer requirements. You will collaborate with plant leadership to execute a strategic quality plan and integrate quality priorities into operational excellence.

You will manage audits, change control, and root-cause analysis, build a strong QA team, and partner with R&D, Production, and Commercial teams on new product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional leadership experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (food or dietary supplement).
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP practices.
• Project management and change management experience.
• GFSI schemes (SQF, BRC) knowledge.
• PCQI or HACCP certification requirement.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand, walk, sit, and reach.
