GRO Community seeks a Community-Based Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services across the Southern Illinois region, overseeing QMHPs, MHPs, and other clinicians while supporting school-based, probation, and housing programs. The role includes program expansion and ensuring quality care across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a Clinical Master’s Degree, with licensure or licensure-eligibility preferred, and a strong background in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice

Qualificações

• Must hold a Clinical Master’s Degree (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field).
• Licensed or license-eligible preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
• Experience providing community-based and/or school-based mental health services.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, and ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide monthly individual and group clinical supervision to QMHPs, MHPs, and other clinical staff.
• Offer ongoing clinical consultation related to assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics.
• Provide direct support to QMHP and MHP teams in school-based, community-based, probation, and reentry programs.
• Maintain a small caseload and model clinical best practices.
• Promote staff wellness and retention strategies.
