Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Quality Representative to support operations with QA/QC program implementation and compliance across substations, BESS, and transmission projects.

You will conduct jobsite inspections and assessments, requiring strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required, and candidates should have at least 3+ years in electrical construction, experience reading blueprints, and familiarity with ISO QA/QC concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in the electrical industry (substations, BESS, etc).
• Experience in reviewing construction blueprints and schematics.
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or ASQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with QA/QC programs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments per project specs.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to long-term onsite projects.

Skills
