Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across utility and energy projects. You will assist operations with QA/QC programs and conduct jobsite inspections to verify compliance with project specs and industry standards.
This role requires 7+ years in construction quality, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to long-term onsite projects. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ISO/ASQ QA/QC guidelines are preferred.

As a Regional Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will be in assisting operations with implementation and compliance of existing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. This position conducts jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Critical for success is the ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
