ISC Constructors, LLC invites a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for electrical and instrumentation construction projects. You will manage the Quality Management System and mentor QA/QC staff on site.

Work with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met, review ITPs and quality plans, perform audits, and drive corrective actions. ISC offers career growth and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Significant experience with electrical and instrumentation QA/QC in construction.
• Experience leading QA/QC programs and personnel.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation, audits, testing, and turnover.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Plans and processes.
• Lead QA/QC staff including inspectors and document-control personnel.
• Plan and perform audits of construction activities and subcontractors.
• Identify quality issues and track corrective actions.
• Review Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and supplier/subcontractor quality submittals.
• Coordinate with project leadership during quality reviews and issue resolution.
• Verify project testing, inspection, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Maintain control of calibrated measuring and test equipment.
• Ensure turnover documentation is complete and submitted according to project requirements.
• Facilitate project quality meetings and communicate quality expectations across project teams.

THE POSITION

ISC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for electrical and instrumentation construction projects.

This position manages the project Quality Management System, leads QA/QC personnel, performs audits and surveillance, supports inspection and testing activities, manages quality documentation, and works with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are achieved.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement and maintain project Quality Management Plans and quality processes.
• Lead, support, and develop QA/QC staff, including coordinators, inspectors, and document-control personnel.
• Plan and perform audits and surveillance of construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and sub-suppliers.
• Identify quality issues, recommend corrective or preventive actions, and track resolution.
• Review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and supplier/subcontractor quality submittals.
• Coordinate with project leadership and customers during quality reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
• Verify project testing, inspection, and recordkeeping requirements are satisfied.
• Maintain control of applicable calibrated measuring and test equipment.
• Ensure quality and turnover documentation is complete, organized, and submitted according to project requirements.
• Facilitate project quality meetings and communicate quality expectations across project teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Significant experience with electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction, installation, inspection, testing, or QA/QC.
• Experience leading or managing construction quality programs and QA/QC personnel.
• Knowledge of quality-management systems, audits, inspections, testing, corrective actions, and turnover processes.
• Familiarity with applicable E&I industry codes, standards, and installation requirements.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, inspection plans, procedures, and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project leadership, field teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF/document-management tools, and electronic quality records.
