Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to support quality activities across construction projects. The role coordinates inspections, audits, quality documentation, testing records, turnover packages, and other activities ensuring work meets project requirements.

The position collaborates with project quality leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to maintain safe, compliant, and high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in electrical and/or instrumentation construction, inspection, testing, quality assurance, or quality control.
• Knowledge of E&I installation practices, drawings, specs, inspection requirements, codes, and standards.
• Ability to read electrical/instrumentation drawings and construction documents.
• Understanding of how construction, inspection, testing, and turnover relate to quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned quality inspections, audits, and surveillance to verify project requirements.
• Support the Quality Management System and QA procedures.
• Coordinate quality activities with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions and closeout.
• Review drawings, specifications, procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Provide guidance to Quality Inspectors when assigned.
• Maintain accurate quality records and turnover packages.
• Ensure testing and documentation meet project requirements.
• Coordinate calibration of measuring/testing equipment.
• Interface with project leadership, client representatives, and suppliers during inspections and audits.
• Attend and facilitate quality-related project meetings.
