Job summary

Tablet Command seeks a Regional Account Executive to drive sales across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation with fire departments and public safety agencies.

Ideal candidates have enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong relationships in public safety, and a willingness to travel 20–30% within the territory. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into fire service, public sector, or emergency management.
• OR senior-level fire service experience with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts.
• Build relationships with senior fire service leaders to align Tablet Command’s value with their operational needs.
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
• Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM and sales management tools.
