• Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Models and drives continuous learning and maintains a highly skilled workforce through cross-functional resource planning and talent development.
• Oversees operations of multiple units by analyzing resources, costs, forecasts and aligning with business plans.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures communications align with KP standards and KP brand.
• Directs strategic communication plans with stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and requirements.
• Oversees implementation of communications efforts, monitoring effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
• Directs development of complex content for KP communications programs and projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Directs complex projects by managing stakeholder contacts, teams, schedules, resources, and budgets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field
