Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a dynamic, field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers. You will drive growth by expanding the provider referral network and leading a distributed team toward measurable results.

You will partner with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams to optimize market strategy, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver data-informed performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory oversight.
• Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories.
• Drive alignment and performance across regions through KPI-driven management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships with providers, health systems, and referral networks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.
• Maintain a strong field presence up to 70% and use CRM tools to inform decisions.
• Ensure activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
