Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Manager, Provider Relations to lead a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers and expand a robust provider referral network.

You will drive strategy and hands-on execution, traveling up to 70% to engage providers, analyze referrals, and optimize market growth with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory oversight.
  • Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories.
  • Drive alignment and performance across regions through KPI-driven performance management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional success.
  • Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy.
  • Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and complex markets.
  • Utilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisions.

We're looking for a dynamic, field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs). This role leads a high-performing team charged with driving measurable growth by developing and scaling a strong, sustainable provider referral network. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment, balancing strategy, leadership, and hands‑on execution.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding access to life‑changing TMS therapy, partnering with healthcare providers and leading a distributed team to deliver measurable results across regions.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field‑based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertise.
  • Drive alignment and performance across regions through structured 1:1s, KPI‑driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharing.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional success.
Strategic Market Growth
  • Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy.
  • Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.

What You Bring

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary is $135,000 with eligibility for variable compensation tied to performance against defined sales metrics
  • Total compensation structure is designed to reward strong individual and team performance

Benefits Statement

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company‑paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company‑paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full‑time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex‑PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
