Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in a designated region. You will lead property management teams, drive performance, and optimize owner returns while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing multiple communities. You will collaborate with leasing and operations teams, implement strategic plans, and report on market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability within designated region.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize tenant satisfaction and financial returns.
• Lead property management teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and present regular performance reports to ownership and senior management.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across properties.
• Foster relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
