The Regional Property Manager is a results-driven leader responsible for achieving financial performance goals and maintaining the physical condition and marketability of the communities. They effectively develop and lead property management, compliance, leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams to accomplish short and long-term objectives for the assigned portfolio.
Reports to the Regional Vice President of Property Management.
Property Managers, Senior Property Managers.
(Note: Not all duties may be included in every position.)
Represent Beacon Communities publicly, develop partnerships, and act as liaison for emergencies.
Lead, train, and develop property management teams; manage staffing and succession planning.
Maintain physical condition and security, conduct inspections, and recommend improvements.
Support other properties as needed and collaborate with maintenance directors.
Foster positive relationships, collaborate on resident services and marketing initiatives.
