What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metro area, working closely with on-site teams to ensure operational excellence and strong financial performance. You’ll be the key leader responsible for coaching, supporting, and helping your sites hit their goals.
What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management
• At least 2 years in a regional management role with a third-party management company
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local market conditions, laws, and regulations
• Proficient with property management software and technology tools
