The Regional Property Manager position supports and executes the company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing team members on the assigned portfolio of properties and implementing policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Regional Property Manager, with a college degree in a related field preferred. Competitive pay included.
Market experience is preferred.
To execute the company's strategies for a portfolio of properties through tasks such as:
Education Requirement: College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Industry Certifications: Certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc., are also preferred.
Experience as a Multi-site, Senior Manager, or Regional Property Manager, preferably over owned assets.
Knowledge of the Columbia, SC market.
A strong track record of supporting teams and properties to increase occupancy and staffing levels.
Knock and Resman experience are a plus.
