An innovative company in the multifamily industry is seeking a strategic and action-oriented Director of Centralized Operations Services. This pivotal role will lead a team of 6-8 members, driving integration between managers and administrators while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment. This "Director of Centralized Operations Services and Property Management Integration" position would be a great fit for a leader with Regional Property Manager Operations experience. As the multifamily industry evolves, our business models, focus, and titles change accordingly.
You would play a key role in leading the integration of data between Managers and Administrators. This leadership role is critical to the financial success of the company while maintaining a culture of being team-focused, innovative, and fast-paced performers with a proven track record.
This role is both strategic and tactical. You will be instrumental in creating, monitoring, and refining the strategy. There is a high expectation for being action-oriented.
An “executional” or “implementational” leadership style is best suited for this senior-level position.
This role serves the “multifamily” or “multi-family” industry company. Only candidates with in-depth experience at the senior site level or regional level working in the “apartment” business will be considered. (For example, this could be an ideal role for someone who is a Senior Property Manager, Area Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, or similar – apartment industry experience is required.) With a team of 6-8 members reporting to you, your mission will be to create a collaborative environment with onsite teams, accounting, compliance, property management operations, and property ownership members. Your team will support onsite teams and provide exemplary customer service.
This will be a key leadership role within the centralized management/business plan of a growing property management company.
Experience working with property management software (PMS) and other relevant applications is preferred.
This position is “in-office”.
Occasional travel will be required “as needed”.
You must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
A pre-employment background check, including a criminal records search, will be part of the requirements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field.
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in property management.
Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation. This is required.
