Regional Property Manager, Multifamily (Bilingual, Affordable)

This position involves managing an assigned portfolio of affordable properties, executing business plans, and leading property teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing diverse portfolios, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on management style. They should be capable of mentoring Property and Area Managers to ensure compliance with corporate policies and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for property-related matters with owners and understand the Property Management Agreement.
  • Review and approve property purchases within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and monitor marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Participate in revenue management and pricing discussions.
  • Review resident surveys and implement improvement plans.
  • Oversee marketing activities, including market analysis and lead management.
  • Assist with RFP responses and property technology systems.
  • Manage property risk, safety standards, and ensure timely rent readiness.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Multifamily Regional Property Manager, managing 1000+ units.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office, and related software.
  • Industry certifications like CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM are preferred.
