Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Regional Property Manager, Multifamily, to drive business plan execution for a portfolio of properties in Frisco, TX. You will mentor Property Managers and Area Managers, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and delivering top-tier client satisfaction.

The role requires strong financial acumen, budgeting, and collaboration with Marketing. Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office is expected, with CPM/CCI/RPA/CAM and a real estate license preferred in some markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with financials, budgets, office operations, and sales skills.
• CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred; real estate license may be required in some markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Real Estate License required in some markets; CPM/CCI/RPA/CAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with owner representatives and communicate terms.
• Review property purchases for budget adherence.
• Partner with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend.
• Engage in revenue management pricing and pricing calls.
• Review resident surveys and create action plans for underperforming staff.
• Oversee marketing activities and review market comps and lead metrics.
• Assist with RFPs and pitches.
• Ensure staff use property management systems (Yardi, etc.).
• Oversee risk management, safety, and liability with team.
• Coordinate with Operations Center of Excellence to optimize shared services and deliver property documents.
