Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Regional Propane & Income Programs Manager who can travel to store locations across the assigned region to coach store managers on propane usage, safety, and other income programs.

Based out of Virginia with frequent travel required, the role oversees multi-unit programs, develops budgets, analyzes P&L, and negotiates vendor contracts. A company vehicle is provided for travel.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Previous multi-unit retail experience or restaurant management experience.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Travel to Love's store locations throughout the assigned region and assess, advise, and train store managers on propane usage, safety, and other income items/programs.
• Oversee other income programs for multiple Love's locations (multi-unit program management).
• Observe and evaluate the store propane program and provide detailed reports and feedback.
• Develop a budget and analyze P&L reports.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
• Other duties as needed.
