Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Regional Project Manager to oversee projects from sales through installation and go-live in the San Dimas region. The role covers risk, contractual, cash flow, and scope management with active site travel.

The PM will coordinate proposals, schedules, budgets and supplier relations, driving timely project completion and customer satisfaction while maintaining margins. PMP or MS Project experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years' experience in project management.
• MS Project or similar experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, contracts and orders for accuracy and issues.
• Estimate and direct internal TAL resources for project completion.
• Maintain positive cash flow and manage invoices and payments.
• Publish weekly project logs and status updates.
• Manage project schedule using a Gantt chart and MS Project Online.
• Lead site teams and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Document lessons learned and ensure project close-out checklists.
