A leading educational organization is seeking a Regional Project Manager in Austin, TX. This full-time hybrid role involves supporting senior leadership, managing office staff, and enhancing organizational efficiency. Role Mission: The Regional Project Manager supports the Executive Director with logistical tasks and critical projects. The Project Manager creates systems for efficient work, such as setting meetings, prepping events, and professional development sessions. They collaborate with senior leadership on projects, analyzing issues, defining solutions, and presenting to organization leaders and staff.
The work involves studying organizational challenges and implementing action plans to resolve them. The role also provides support to senior leaders including Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, and Chiefs, as needed.
Location: This is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Preference is given to local candidates or those willing to relocate.

Salaries typically range from $72,700 to $84,400, depending on experience.
