Job description

Regional Project Manager

Role Mission: The Regional Project Manager supports the Executive Director with logistical tasks and critical projects. The Project Manager creates systems for efficient work, such as setting meetings, prepping events, and professional development sessions. They collaborate with senior leadership on projects, analyzing issues, defining solutions, and presenting to organization leaders and staff.

The work involves studying organizational challenges and implementing action plans to resolve them. The role also provides support to senior leaders including Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, and Chiefs, as needed.

Location: This is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Preference is given to local candidates or those willing to relocate.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional office Receptionist, Training Coordinator, and Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with ED daily/weekly to prioritize management support
  • Provide weekly data for meetings
  • Develop operating mechanisms to improve meetings and communication
80% of staff have necessary tools and resources
  • Manage regional culture and meetings for 50+ staff
  • Coach and manage office staff, coordinate PD, maintain office supplies, and assist in designing office space
100% of trainings and events meet expectations
  • Coordinate logistics with organization-wide teams
  • Analyze feedback to improve PD
  • Onboard new staff and support regional advisory board
Ensure ED’s presentations and meetings are prepared on time
  • Assist with presentation materials and manage special projects
Collaborate with Lead Team and support regional growth initiatives
  • Support site visits, demographic analysis, and project teams
Staff retention and development
  • Manage staff development cycles and onboarding
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in education preferred
  • Proven success in leading initiatives
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Experience with school and office leadership collaboration
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 360
What We Offer:

Salaries typically range from $72,700 to $84,400, depending on experience. Benefits include health plans, disability, life insurance, parental benefits, flexible spending, vacation, bonuses, professional development, and a 403(b) plan.
