Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking a Regional Project Cost Accountant to ensure accurate project accounting within Vista ERP, supporting JC/PM contract setup, budget management, and data governance from startup to closeout. You will collaborate with Project Controls, AP/AR, Payroll, and Operations to maintain reliable reporting and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction or project cost accounting experience required.
• Solid understanding of job cost accounting, WIP, budgets, commitments, and change management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support Vista project startup, including JC/PM setup and phase and cost type structures.
• Maintain project reporting fields for Vista Analytics, WIP schedules, and regional dashboards.
• Ensure timely project closeout checklists and archiving to standards.
• Create and maintain SharePoint project folders aligned to Vista numbers and documentation.
• Process budget entries and approved change orders, linking contracts to revised budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Project Controls, and Operations to ensure correct posting and monthly close.
