Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee MSD resource management programs to integrate regional operations, align with national objectives and statutes, and advance mission outcomes on the Director's behalf.
• Organize and optimize program structures and resources, evaluating effectiveness and aligning divisional plans to improve performance and achieve program goals within policy and legislative parameters.
• Coordinate regional programs with internal and external partners representing MSD on committees and at conferences to resolve complex issues, build consensus, and maintain effective working relationships.
