Job summary

Reach Out and Read is seeking a PeeDee/Coastal Region Program Manager to support early childhood systems integration through medical homes and community partnerships in a virtual team with in-state travel. The role emphasizes equity, relationship-building with medical providers, and professional development across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with ROR sites to develop relationships with clinical and administrative staff to assess quality and model fidelity, deliver implementation support, provide professional development, and identify ongoing needs.
• Perform continuous Quality Improvement activities to set measurable goals, test and refine workflows, and build systems for sustainability in partnership with clinics.
• Support ROR site leaders to identify and overcome barriers that negatively impact their program’s quality and sustainability.
